As a former soldier in the German armed forces, I know the difference between teaching in a controlled training environment and the stress of a self-defense situation off the mats. Krav Maga convinced me of the simplicity and the intuitive realization – under high stress! I continue to give this conviction to Krav Maga as a Krav Maga Assistant and now as a Krav Maga Instructor!
