I was first introduced to Krav Maga as a teenager living in Israel. The practicality aspect and no-nonsense approach immediately won me over and I wanted to learn more. As a practitioner perusing teaching certification in Krav Maga, I intend to use my knowledge for outreach and empowerment. I want to help individuals discover their inner strength though training and mentoring.
