About:

At the age of 12, I find martial arts, full-contact and boxing. From the traditional Shotokan I trained until the Karate Instructor. I have learned Kyusho Jitsu for several years and will soon have the black belt. I’m a law enforcement trainer – I also teach how to use stick, handcuffs, reduction and immobilization. I liked to teach these self-defense – until I met Krav Maga. It is very simple, natural and consists of directly applicable techniques. Also, I like both the physical and the emotional part that you use when warming up. Law enforcement techniques are relatively the same – but have a different end to it.
