About:

As a result of the wish to protect my loved ones and myself, I began with Krav Maga in 2012. Over time, and as I progressed, I realized how much fun I had to help out classmates who were not yet adequately advanced where I could. Accordingly, I ventured the next step: The Civilian Instructor Course. For me, Krav Maga is more than just a self-defense system. It is an attitude to life that awakens alertness, encourages and, in the context of personal development, in particular helps to build and strengthen self-confidence.
