I had already tried Wing Tsun and Jiu Jitsu, but the spark had not really jumped over.
In 2018 I came to Krav Maga and was fascinated by this kind of self-defence with its simple, effective movements. Especially with children I think it is important to show them early on how to defend themselves physically in order to get a different charisma and not to look like a victim, because perpetrators look for victims, not opponents. Krav Maga has become my passion and I am proud to be part of this great team.
