About:

My name is Bastian Ködel. I started fencing at the age of 6 years. At the age of 14 I changed to Taekwondo and later to Win Tsun.
Due to my job I did not do any martial arts for a longer period of time until I registered for a trial training in Krav Maga 6 years ago.
Training in the hall, outdoors, in the car, in the bus, in the swimming pool…? Such a thing exists? THAT is something for me!
After three days of intensive Krav Maga training, I fell in love with the system, which I find particularly convincing because of its simplicity and effectiveness.
Furthermore, the training keeps me fit and offers a very pleasant community.
To bring Krav Maga closer to other people is the natural next step for me.
